Janette Nelson, P.T., Director of Rehabilitation

Janette Nelson, P.T. is the owner of Complete Care PT Loma Linda graduate in which she has been practicing for the past 33 years. Her expertise is in orthopedic rehab and sports. She has a very personal approach to working with each individual's special needs and abilities. She is currently active in her home sports of playing golf, tennis, skiing and equestrian training.

Mike Mendoza, M.P.T.

Michael Mendoza, M.P.T. is a Loma Linda graduate of 2003, in practice for orthopedics and sports in the private practice setting. He has a great sense of humor that is motivating and challenging as he gets great results from the patients achievements for their recovery. Mike is a real cowboy working on horse-back, when is he not being a physical therapist, on the long-horned cattle ranch with his brothers. He has extensive training in acute rehab and general practice. Excellent hands using the latest techniques for correcting movement dysfunctions.

Arturo Milward, Personal Trainer, B.S., Kinesiology

Art received his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton in 1990. He is bilingual in Spanish and English and specializes in providing patients with sport-specific exercises in the areas of golf, tennis, and baseball/softball. He is a former collegiate baseball player at College of the Desert and currently plays golf with an 8 index. He loves to work with amateur athletes and weekend warriors to help them not only return to sport but participate at a higher level. Art is married, has 3 children, and in his spare time loves to play golf, mountain bike and spend time with his family.

Amando Flores, P.T.A.

Amando became a P.T.A. because anatomy and physiology has always been his strongest subject. He feels he has a gross understanding on how the body functions and why it functions in a particular fashion. He feels he can best serve his community by applying his skills and knowledge to help alleviate pain or any other anatomical dysfunction a patient may have.

Amando leads a very active lifestyle. He enjoys the outdoors and his hobbies include hiking, fishing, running and basketball. He has an outgoing personality and loves to laugh and make others laugh as well.

Kim Brudin-Flores P.T.

Kim Brudin-Flores, P.T. graduate from U.S.C. She is a geriatrics specialist. She has been in practice for the past 27 years. Her expertise from years of practice makes her so valuable to the rehab team. People enjoy working with her because she is so personable and kind. She is working in the Riverside area around Hemet in the Assisted Living facilities and in Home Health Care.

Anita Legro, P.T.A.

Anita Legro, P.T.A. graduated from the Sheppard Air force Base in 1984. She has varied experiences in general practice with her emphasis in out patient orthopedics. She is motivating to her patients in a way that is so personal and friendly.

April O'Neil, P.T.A.

April became interested in the physical therapy field from a desire to help ones in need. She volunteered at a Washington state hospital where she was later hired as a Physical Therapy Aide. She enrolled in physical therapy courses at Green River Community College while raising 3 children.

April's experience in the field is acute and long term settings ranging from assisted living facilities, skilled nursing facilities, wound centers, outpatient clinics and home health. April is our aquatic therapist with one-on-one sessions and group classes.

April believes that maintaining ones health and getting one back to being as functional as possible is a very rewarding, yet at times, a challenging career and she enjoys it very much.

Mike Walter, Business Manager

Becky Camba, Office Manager

Becky has been our Office Manager since October 2006. She studied at Kaplan College in Palm Springs. She will have a friendly and helpful voice when you call in to the office.

Becky has 2 lovely daughters she enjoys spending time with as well as her small dog. She enjoys football games and trips to the beach areas.

Lili Marquez, Billing Manager

Lili has been with Complete Care since shortly after we opened the office in 2004. She often helps with the scheduling and phone calls. She will answer your billing questions with confidence and timeliness.

Lili stays busy caring for her young daughter at home.
